Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:30 AM. Late arrivals are welcome — call 8148-8148-03 when you are close so the desk is ready.

Rates & advance

Published tariff and offer prices exclude GST and are confirmed by the desk. Full advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

Identity

Mandatory Government ID proof for all guests (Aadhar, Driving License, Passport, or other accepted ID). Foreign nationals must present Passport and Visa details at check-in.

House rules

Non-smoking property. Alcohol is strictly prohibited in rooms. Damage and missing linen are settled at check-out.

Extra guests

Family rooms sleep 4 adults with kids free as listed. Group Stay sleeps up to 8 adults. Extra beds are chargeable — confirm with the desk before arrival.

Parking

Parking is on site on the Udumalpet – Munnar Main Road. Tell the desk if a coach is coming so a bay can be kept off the carriageway.

Meals

South Indian dining is on request / reservation. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner go through the front desk.

Cancellation

If plans change, call or WhatsApp as soon as you know. Advance terms are confirmed when the quotation is accepted.

Privacy

Public booking enquire opens WhatsApp with the text you submit. Staff quotations and the check-in register are stored in the hotel PMS for operations only.
